Getting Up

Another first for The Girl. While we were at Elizabeth's today, I was carrying a sad, sick Kayleigh when I hear Magda giggling behind me. I turn around and catch a brief glimpse of her standing in the middle of the room before she plops down onto her tush. She giggled again and immediately tried to stand back up.

She's been able to pull up on furniture for a while now, but she hasn't been interested in standing solo. It seems backwards to me that she walks before she stands, but we all have our own drummers. The most important thing is that she is making progress and she really enjoys doing it.
