I've been feeling The Baby move for several weeks now, but Stepan always missed it. He kept saying I was making it up. Well, no longer. In the interest of pre-natal bonding, Stepan has been singing lullabys to The Belly before going to sleep at night. Last night he was singing a Russian lullaby in German and he felt The Baby move. It was very sweet. His eyes got big and he paused a little in his song. He thought it was very cool.

Posted by: Cynthia on June 11, 2004 4:37 PMThat is way too cool! I always thought the reactions to the movement of the fetus by father to be was interesting and exciting. I can't wait until yours is born. I would love to meet Kayleigh before she is a walking toddler, but I think I will wait until your baby is born before making the trip down. Excuse the pun, but this way I can kill two birds with one stone. ;)
