I think we´re going to have a white Christmas here in Swityerland. (I've decided that I'm going to ignore the z,y problem with the kezboard, just like mz mom).
We've had a great time so far. We've had verz little time for shopping though Stepan would tell zou differentlz. Our dazs have been spent in Mörshwil (with Tina and her familz), Speicher (with the in-laws), and San Gallen (window shopping and sight-seeing). Our niece and nephews are wonderful. I just wish I could understand them! Little Moritz keeps talking to me, but I don't think he understands that I don't understand him. The older one, Rafael, beats the pants off of me in fooz-ball. And Aline reminds me of us when we where her age...alwazs performing for the adults. It's verz wonderful to see how well Aline and Moritz get along...though I was just told that thez all had a big fight when we were out todaz.
We spent todaz in Luzern. A beautiful citz that, of course, we didn't have enough time in. We saw the highlights though which include the Chapel Bridge and the Lion Monument. We also spent a good portion of the daz in the Glacier Park which had a wonderful hall of mirrors. Lucern has a stunning view of the Alps.
Mz prazers are all dedicated to Grandma Karl todaz. We got word this morning that she suffered a minor stroke. From all accounts she is fine. We've spoken with Meredith and she had spoken with Grandma. We're much relieved that everzthing seems to be fine in WFs, though I think I'll go up for a visit the weekend after I get back home (Eliyabeth, would zou like to go?).
Well, that's about it for todaz. I must be social with mz hosts. I will close with letting zou know that though I was layz with the zs and ys, I wasn't layz with the puncutation. For example, "ä" is where the apostophe is suppose to be.

Posted by: Cynthia on December 24, 2003 5:25 PMLast night we had a traditional Cyech dinner of fish head soup, which was delicious and fried carp, which was verz zummz. Luckilz, most of Stepan´s familz appreciate a nice glass of wine so it has been flowing since I have been here.
