My original plan for the day was to go swimming (finally) at Northwest District Pool after work. I've heard that it's opened in the afternoons now. I'm slowly learning that it's best not to make any plans. The good news is that my plans were foiled by Francisco. He was able to make an opening in his schedule for me this afternoon so my hair is at least cut. I tried real hard to pay attention while he was styling my hair, but it was just too relaxing...
Anyway, I've been home for two hours now and my loving husband not yet noticed my new coif...
Posted by jfer at April 29, 2003 9:24 PMI'm glad I noticed your lovely new haircut before you mentioned to me (or I read this entry).
I must say *I* was a little disappointed when you didn't notice *my* new haricut on Friday - even though they took like 50% of my hair off. Our neighbor David noticed, and so did Jessica who had not seen me in a couple of months.
Ah, married life... :-)
Posted by: stepan on April 29, 2003 9:33 PMWell...you sort of noticed. And I quote,"It doesn't look any different!"
Posted by: I on April 29, 2003 9:35 PMWhich - translated - means that "you looked beautiful before and you look beautiful now". I'll be more explicit next time.
Posted by: stepan on April 30, 2003 6:57 AMKevin has a really bad habit of doing the same thing to me. After he arrives home, he give me all of two minutes, and then announces, "You didn't even notice!" I am then left scrambling my brain trying to figure out what it is I'm supposed to have noticed. I'm jubilant when I am correct, but very, very guilty when I'm not.
