I'm committed to having a garage sale on Saturday. The ad has appeared in the paper so I have to go through with it now. Luckily, since I'm off work to recouperate from my dental surgery, I can spend all day preparing for it...culling old clothes from my closets and drawers, preparing Stepan for the loss of the living room furniture, making street signs and price tags....
Wish me luck...
Posted by jfer at April 11, 2003 9:16 AMAre you finally going to sell my old furniture?
Posted by: Carlos on April 11, 2003 9:48 AMYep, the lovely coffee table and the eau-de-Aztec stained reclainer are going to be for sale (you better pick 'em up if you want them).
Posted by: stepan on April 11, 2003 4:11 PMWhat about the old dining room chairs from early P&C - or maybe you got rid of those already.
Posted by: cynthia on April 12, 2003 7:56 AMOn a completely non-related topic..thanks for my link on your Joyous Journal. I reciprocated!
Posted by: Greg on April 12, 2003 10:41 PMCynthia, The glass top table with 4 green chairs on castors didn't make it to my current adobe. They were bought by the same couple that bought my washer and dryer from my previous residence.
Posted by: I on April 13, 2003 11:20 AMThe 4 green chairs and glass top table were early Kathleen. The P&C chairs had high back and ugly grey/brown patterned covered seats - I think they have been history for a while.
Posted by: cynthia on April 14, 2003 7:34 AMI loved that glass table and four green chairs that I enjoyed when they were Kathleen's...the most comfortable dining table in my memory - sorry if anyone's furniture feels offended.
